Whilst continuing to successfully list and sell property for my clients, I am also utilising my knowledge and skills accumulated over the years as Harcourts gold Papanui's Auction Mentor. I am thoroughly enjoying giving back to the industry and mentoring new agents through the auction process. This is ensuring they receive the right training to enable their clients to achieve the best result from the market.
Auctions have played a big part in my successful 20 year real estate journey. I’ve settled over $250m in real estate sales and the majority of those sales have been via the auction process.
Alongside selling real estate, I have decided to broaden my knowledge within the industry and train as an auctioneer.
After entering my first auctioneer competition, I was fortunate to be awarded the Novice Winner at the LVD World Auctioneering Championships 2022 in Queenstown. I have also won the coveted Harcourts Gold Auction Excellence Cup on two separate occasions (2012 & 2018) along with the highest Auction Day Clearance Award (2017).
I'm looking forward to using my auctioneering experience to assist both my sellers and buyers even further with all my auction room tricks of the trade!
