With over $235m in settled sales, positioning her as a consistent top performer in Harcourts, Sandra knows that nothing rivals hard work and a passion for the industry.
Whilst continuing to successfully list and sell property for her clients, Sandra is also utilising her knowledge and skills accumulated over the years as Harcourts gold Papanui's Auction Mentor. She is thoroughly enjoying giving back to the industry and mentoring new agents through the auction process. This ensures they receive the right training to enable their clients to achieve the best result from the market.
Alongside selling real estate and being an Auction Mentor, Sandra has also decided to broaden her knowledge within the industry by adding another notch to her belt and training as an Auctioneer. This adds further value to her role as a Sales Consultant adding more experience over all within the industry.
After entering her first auctioneer competition, Sandra was fortunate to be awarded the Novice Winner at the LVD World Auctioneering Championships 2022 in Queenstown. She has also won the coveted Harcourts Gold Auction Excellence Cup on two separate occasions (2012 & 2018) along with the highest Auction Day Clearance Award (2017).
Supporting her clients throughout the sales process, remains her number one focus and she very much looks forward to assisting you.

Sandra and Family
I find it is very important to have ‘balance’ in your life. So although I work very hard, I also ensure that I balance my time with family, exercise and enjoying my friends. My husband, Paul, and I have been married for 30 years and he is the ‘rock’ in the family – the glue that keeps everything in motion on the homefront. He provides support relentlessly in the background, especially adding value to my team having recently attained his real estate license. Behind every man, there’s normally a good woman – well behind this woman, there’s a very good man!
We have two endearing young men, Sam and Will. Sam works at the Ministry of Defence in Wellington and Will has just started a plumbing apprenticeship in Christchurch.
Both Paul and I are outdoor lovers and sporty which has thankfully passed on to our boys. Sam and Will have represented Canterbury in Rugby, Hockey and Cricket. Our motto is to always keep them busy and a part of something that is bigger than them – and hopefully out of any trouble!
In my spare time, I enjoy socialising with those near and dear, a daily appearance at my F45 Gym, yoga & walking. I find fitness plays an important role in keeping me focused, on top of my game, sharp & ready for any challenge in my industry.
